Hone Your Skills in Creative Lighting, Lens Work, and Composition
Students will experience a hands-on interactive course to develop skills in the creation of photorealistic product renderings for broadcast, film, and print. The course is a creative melding of disciplines for developing and honing skills in creative seeing, lighting, lens work, and composition. The main tool sets used in the course will be Autodesk Maya, Mental Ray, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects. We will approach and solve various creative issues found in everyday production, using as examples commercial and film projects of the past.
The goal beyond developing our knowledge will be the production of a number of highly developed stills and animations.
